where would you find info on first ascents in the leavenworth area other than the current guidebook (Kramar 2010)?

climbed something near Bear Cave Crag this weekend- wondering if it's documented?

I was there sunday- it's in tumwater, above Dildome.

i'd say 5.9

it's a hand-crack traverse on solid rock- right off the trail. many folks must walk by and see it. bit dirty- doesn't see much/ hasn't seen any traffic.

Theres no such thing as a FA in Leavenworth that's within 1,500' of the road.

thats what i figure too. it's a cool climb though. worthwhile if you're in the area and climb 5.9s.

The fact that the rock is pretty clean probably tells you everything.

You should have seen it before the scrubdown, FILTHY! Still could use a little love,but being so short, I never really made it a priority. I'm surprised you didn't notice the two Madrock hangers set back from the top of the crack. Nice send dude!
