This relative poverty is getting out of control. Perhaps if 88.3945% of those who are "impoverished" simply used their i-Pad's to find jobs instead of reading that smarmy economist rag, they could pull themselves up by their bootstraps and ascend! The census bureau calls it 13ish%. I am sure that to you, anyone within $100,000/year of the poverty line is close enough to call "near poverty level;" at least for argument's sake.
