tvashtarkatena Posted December 2, 2011 Posted December 2, 2011 Anybody know how far up you can drive on the Hidden Lake Peak access road? Quote
genepires Posted December 2, 2011 Posted December 2, 2011 better yet, just sleep in and let thunder legs break the trail for you. Quote

Le Piston Posted December 3, 2011 Posted December 3, 2011 I'm curious too, when I went up there a few weeks ago there was snow on the road the last mile or so. I was able to get to the trailhead using 4 wheel drive, but I'm sure there's a lot more snow now. If "thunder legs" doesn't break the trail, I'll go back up there gladly! Quote
tvashtarkatena Posted December 5, 2011 Author Posted December 5, 2011 Drive to 2300' w/ AWD currently: 4600' up from there to the lookout. Snow varies from pow to sheetrock. Pics on the way... Quote
tvashtarkatena Posted December 5, 2011 Author Posted December 5, 2011 You gonna post a TR? If not, set up a dropbox.com account and put some pics in there. I'll cherry pick from you, me, Josh, etc... Glad you guyz abandoned those beloved caves. I know it was a hard decision.... Quote
Tyson.g Posted December 5, 2011 Posted December 5, 2011 Yeah , I will set up an account this evening. Work system says NO to dropbox! It was indeed a hard decision, but not every day does one have to prove ones incredible penchant for suffering and one should alas take advantage of the spoils of the priviliged and not worry about the softening of ones meddle. tvashtarkatena Posted December 5, 2011 Author Posted December 5, 2011 I'm sure this winter will provide ample opportunity for suffering, my son. Your redemption is, no doubt, just around the corner. Quote
