Coldfinger Posted January 3, 2011 Posted January 3, 2011 Howdy, just looking for any advice on a good, relatively cheap vitamin/herbal supplement. I'm not looking for anything with a really crazy high dose of anything, but would like to have few good herbal and natural food based ingredients as well. I have a decent diet, could be better, but not too bad, and am training and exercising pretty heavily. Not adverse to taking two pills but no interest in multiple pills due to risk and expense. Thanks! Quote
layton Posted January 12, 2011 Posted January 12, 2011 go to whole foods and look for vegie drinks like alive, etc... I really like nanogreens but i think you gotta get it from a health care provider with an account with them. Quote
nordicpunk Posted July 29, 2013 Posted July 29, 2013 Maybe some vitamin D in the winter if you are not seeing enough sun but I seriously doubt you need any kind of supplements. Save your dough! Quote
David Sharad Posted November 27, 2013 Posted November 27, 2013 Its a nice discussion guys. Supplements include vitamins, minerals, nutrients, fiber, iron and acids that are used to boost energy, build stamina, grow bones, strong muscles and improve fitness. While choosing a supplement check that its should not too high potency, high proteins and its related to your body type. Quote
rob Posted November 27, 2013 Posted November 27, 2013 Food has vitamins already in it, pretty neat right? Quote
