Howdy, just looking for any advice on a good, relatively cheap vitamin/herbal supplement. I'm not looking for anything with a really crazy high dose of anything, but would like to have few good herbal and natural food based ingredients as well. I have a decent diet, could be better, but not too bad, and am training and exercising pretty heavily. Not adverse to taking two pills but no interest in multiple pills due to risk and expense. Thanks!

Its a nice discussion guys. Supplements include vitamins, minerals, nutrients, fiber, iron and acids that are used to boost energy, build stamina, grow bones, strong muscles and improve fitness. While choosing a supplement check that its should not too high potency, high proteins and its related to your body type.
