j_b Posted February 23, 2010 Posted February 23, 2010 (edited) "In case you were worried that Miller completely has changed during these Games, don’t be. Tuesday proved the old Bode still lives!" The "old Bode" is the most successful US alpine racer of all time you wanker (how come so many Friedmans are clueless, is it in the name . Can you believe the nerve of these newspaper pushers? freakin' bots hate free spirits like Bode. Edited February 23, 2010 by j_b Quote
RuMR Posted February 23, 2010 Author Posted February 23, 2010 ahhh...maybe that was the drift, hadn't thought of it that way...Friedman was actually a former US Ski Team member... Quote
j_b Posted February 23, 2010 Posted February 23, 2010 (edited) It could explain the tone of the article since his relationship with the team has always been tense. Edited February 23, 2010 by j_b Quote
ZimZam Posted February 23, 2010 Posted February 23, 2010 I am quite tired of the Olympics. It seems like every two minutes there is a commercial break, Costas trying to entice controversy during interviews, and NBC's fixation on ooh ice dancing. The hockey games on cable, WTF. I miss Jim McKay. Lauer's a dweeb. Quote
RuMR Posted February 23, 2010 Author Posted February 23, 2010 i love watchin' the canucks gettin pounded on their hometurf... If i had a chicken, i'd name it Dru-the-Pillow-Biter... Quote

I have hardly watched anything this year because the games aren't on CBC, which typically has much better coverage. Quote
