Hello,

This is a little off-topic, but I imagine there are some triathletes (or soon to be triathletes) on this board who may be interested in Open Water Swim clinics, and I am going to be teaching some this summer. They range from full 6-week race preparation to hour-long one-on-one intensives, and are aimed at helping you achieve the skills and comfort necessary for safe and fun open water swimming.

 

Do you know any gals training for the Danskin who are nervous about the swim? Please spread the word!

PS: Swimming is an excellent low-impact, aerobic workout that strengthens your core and is an excellent complement to climbing!
