What rating for cyclone fence?

Suppose you are facing a twelve-foot high cyclone fence and must climb over it in order to retrieve your tennis ball. Not including the angry Rotwieler on the other side, what is the actual YDS decimal rating of said fence?

Well, it's vertical, potentially overhanging if it was strung poorly, but juggy. I'd say 5.4.

Perhaps it would be more appropriate to give this an approach/bushwhack rating, like in comparison to a swath of slide alder. Barbed wire ~ devil's club, electrified ~ nettles, guard dog ~ hungry bear. Starting to sound like a solid grade V 'shwhack.
