Lionel_Hutz
Any recommendations on which shop/tech is the best for getting some new boards mounted and de-tuned in the Seattle area? thanks!
shapp
Unlike downhill/randonee bindings, if you have any mechanical inclination at all, it is easiest and best to mount tele bindings your self. Any ski tune book at the library and about $50 worth of gear and you'll be waxing and tuning your own boards the rest of your life. Dakine as a pretty nice kit for about $40 with directions, few dollars for a cheap iron at K-mart and your set! If you need further assistance with the bindig mounting, p.m. me and for a beer I can show you all about it.
Jim
If you're looking for a shop I'd suggest ProSki on Aurora North, at 90th street. Knowledgeable folks.
