Well, whatever else is going on I know that immediately after exertion the cells crave nutrition, so feeding them alcohol's empty calories can't be helpful. Your crash probably had something to do with the depressive effect of alcohol, though. Dilating vessels that were constricted, something like that.

 

Why drink red wine? Just seemed to be the thing to do at the time?

It wasn't really a "crash", more like "massive drunken-ness". My fam did thanksgiving dinner tonight instead of Thursday, so I planned to come in after shredding and chao down! When I got home the Turkey wasn't quite ready, so I just chugged two and half glasses of wine to "chill" the hunger pangs!

 

Being drunk is so much fun!

drinking alcool right after exercise can be very harmful to your liver which is working at max cap during exercise.t.seko, a world class marathoner almost died from drinking a beer right after a though workout..he damaged his liver .water, wait ,beer,jack.
