Lost camera on Stuart

My partner lost his camera on the upper part of the West Ridge of Stuart on Sunday. Black neoprene case.

Actually, someone else invited me to do that climb again next month. I might take tham up on that and snoop around for it while I'm up there...

Barring any major snafu's, I will be up there this weekend and can look for it. Can you give any details to help us out?

It's about halfway up the summit pyramid - I'll get a better description from my partner. It was right near the top of a ridge before the route drops one last time before it traverses easily then goes straight up the last pitch or two. I think he scrambled up that ridge a few extra feet to take a couple of pictures, and left it there.

I didn't see it, though I can't promise you we took the same exact route. Two or three other parties had already gone before us as well on Saturday. Check the Cle Elum and Wenatchee River ranger stations as well if you haven't already.

I believe I have the said camera in my possession after descending the W. Ridge yesterday. I don't have a computer so I don't get online very often. Lee 801.913.0668

 

I'm in L-worth till thurs pm and working on the bakerhorn fri thru sunday. I work out of Bellingham - for your buddies info when he needs to obtain the said camera
