Jens Posted July 30, 2006 Posted July 30, 2006 Tons of bouldering potential. More than any of the casinos or theme parks at Vegas. Fake Limestone throughout the zoo. The goat area had tall basalt columns so real I had to do a double take (you can't get inside the goat area though). I was scoping the tall walls the orangutangs would have to climb out of to escape. Proabably 5.14 but climbable. In the zoomazium there is a huge wall photo of colonial peak that is proabably 30 feet across. Next time you go, wear your sticky approach shoes. Quote
G-spotter Posted July 30, 2006 Posted July 30, 2006 why were you trying to get into the goat area? no sheep? Quote
bigwalling Posted August 2, 2006 Posted August 2, 2006 I bought a memember shitp to this place. If you want to go and try and climb anything there i may be down... depends on beer intake. How fast do you run is more what i'd like to know? That male orangatang likely could rip my ball sack off faster than i could down my beer. Quote
111 Posted August 25, 2006 Posted August 25, 2006 you could "volunteer" there and get in for an after hours boulder session. Maybe even hook up with that hot penguin vetrinarian... Quote
40spice Posted August 28, 2006 Posted August 28, 2006 sounds like a guide book is forthcoming..... Quote
