layton Posted July 8, 2006 Posted July 8, 2006 I need a place to store my girlfriend for the summer, maybe longer. She's got a very sweet cat. If you also happen to be hiring someone that has an organic chemistry degree , you are also in luck, she's got that too. Quote
wayne Posted July 9, 2006 Posted July 9, 2006 I only have had time to build your place to live ,I guess its too small for two? Quote
dr_agon Posted July 9, 2006 Posted July 9, 2006 I need a place to store my girlfriend for the summer I have a tree I have tied many a princess to. It is available currently, but you must battle me in the fall to reclaim her. Quote
terrible_ted Posted July 10, 2006 Posted July 10, 2006 ... someone that has an organic chemistry degree... If there were any decent legal chemistry jobs in P-town I'd be living there myself. Outside of the schools, she could try here: Lacamas or patrol here: Oregon biotech She'll note that most of the pharma-type chem jobs advertised in Oregon are actually in Washington. Most schools don't specify the nature of the undergraduate chemistry degrees they award - with that in mind, she might find work in the coatings, polymers or even pulp & paper business. That could expand a her search into places like Parker Paint, Precision Castparts or even Ft. James. Who knows? If she could line up a decent job and a decent place to live, maybe she could find herself a decent boyfriend... -t Quote
Winter Posted July 10, 2006 Posted July 10, 2006 If you're in a pinch, I know this sweet spot down by I205 - already some mattresses there, some sweet climbing nearby and some great neighbors. You should check it out. Quote
