Some time ago some leaders of the Vishwa Hindu Parishad had issued an appeal to Hindus to produce more children in order not to be outnumbered by Muslims. "Recently an anchor of the rightwing Fox News issued a similar call to 'white Americans' to produce more children in order not to be outnumbered by Hispanics. "The difference between the two calls is largely symbolic - one is based on religion and the other is based on skin colour. In reality both are about supremacy of a particular group. Zealots on either side of the political divide strangely sound alike because Muslim fundamentalists are known to have issued similar calls. In some ways they have even pioneered that practice. " I don't understand this viewpoint. "Supremacy of a particular group" has not, historically, been detirmined by who has the most members in that group. There were more Carthiniagins than Romans. More Africans than Afrikaners, more Indians than Britons, and more Natives than Pilgrims. also, I don't get where the speaker thinks "Muslim fundamentalists" (by this I assume he is refering to Islamic fundamentalists) are the ones who first thought that they could become more powerful, or at least survive, by producing more young. Islamic funamentalism hasn't really been around all that long in the overall picture of things. Of course the two quotes from opposite sides sound "Strangely alike", that call has gone on for millenia among many groups. What is the rub? It said that he will spend the rest of his life lounging around and impregnating females. Barbaro will be re-named "Kevin Federline".
