olyclimber Posted April 19, 2006 Posted April 19, 2006 Does anyone know a good outlet for buying 80s era lycra tights? No black or dark color, has to be straightup neon. I need something colorful for photos for all the first ascents I'm going to be doing this summer. Oh, and if you have any vintage photos of yourself climbing in neon lycra, it's appropriate (but this thread only!) to share them here. Quote
G-spotter Posted April 19, 2006 Posted April 19, 2006 You can usually find it in the ladies fitness section at Goodwill. Quote
olyclimber Posted April 19, 2006 Author Posted April 19, 2006 Do people wear "used" lycra? Is that done? Quote
G-spotter Posted April 19, 2006 Posted April 19, 2006 There was a thread about this in the Yard Sale forum but some overzealous moderator named Will deleted all the interesting discussion. Quote
willstrickland Posted April 19, 2006 Posted April 19, 2006 Get with the program, Spew. The guy sold it and it wasn't lycra, slapneck. Quote
G-spotter Posted April 19, 2006 Posted April 19, 2006 ooooh, still touchy! does it fit? could you get the stains out? Quote
Dechristo Posted April 19, 2006 Posted April 19, 2006 There was a thread about this in the Yard Sale forum but some overzealous moderator named Will deleted all the interesting discussion. Including my innocuous post of "BM scent". Quote
Off_White Posted April 19, 2006 Posted April 19, 2006 I'm sure you'll understand why I moved this thread to Spray, though it was a tough call whether to put it into the Cafe or here... Quote
