Dru
I have been using these for only a few weeks but already I am a fan. Picked them up to replace or supplement my Arcteryx Gamma SV bibs which have several crampon and sharp stick holes in the legs. The Tactics are your basic Powershield Light pants. They have drawstrings at the cuffs and a low-profile belt. Much less heavy than the Gamma SVs. warm enough to simply wear over polypro boxers in -10c although my legs did get cold when i sat around for 20 minutes doing nothing.. you could always wear'em over long johns to deal with that. Best of all is the price, $160 CDN, why pay more for a logo? MEC
Dechristo
But, if you buy and wear them, are you obliged to stop whatever you're doing six times a day and bow to MEC?
Cobra_Commander
Just build a log cabin in their honor.

Cobra_Commander
er, yes? I'd raise my Husky mug in a toast to MEC but I'm out of maple syrup.

jordop
Too bad MEC COMPLETELY messed up the bib version of those pants. ONE small pocket and no side zips Nice fabric, but they had 'em right with the Pamir bibs Edited June 4, 2021 by jordop
Dru
bibs are so 2000
islandclimber
orange stihl chainsaw suspenders are where it's at! just sew buttons on regular pants and then attach for sick steez. You don't even have to wear them up, they look pretty rad up or hanging off your ass. So 2006 tree faller style.
