NYC007 Posted January 27, 2006 Posted January 27, 2006 CA Rockies is the closest and the most.... Quote
powderhound Posted January 27, 2006 Posted January 27, 2006 Well depending on where you are located. I would recomend Cody WY, hylite is closed down. But the Ice in cody is amazing, long and hard and no snow, you can walk to the climbs in your tennis shoes. Check out www.coldfear.com I think it would be a 13hour drive from seattle. If you plan on going the holiday inn in cody has a climbers special for $39 a night, can't beat that. Â Bryan Quote
NYC007 Posted January 27, 2006 Posted January 27, 2006 Canmore is still closer and easier access driving wise. Dont have to worry about weather as much being that you dont have 5-6 passes to go over. Hyalite and Canmore are about the same distance but those passes really slow things down when its crappy like they have been. Just my 2 cents.. Quote
jaee Posted January 27, 2006 Posted January 27, 2006 ... hylite is closed down. Say it ain't so. What's up with hyalite? Quote
DirtyHarry Posted January 27, 2006 Posted January 27, 2006 Relax. Access is bad because snow happens in the winter. Quote
