That seems a bit quick to me, but if you don't hit any traffic along the way (Seattle, Tacoma, Portland, and Sacramento are potential bottlenecks) drive faster than the speed limit, never stop for gas or food, and don't have to pull over to nap, you might make it.

 

It generally has taken me about 17-18 hours with stops and a nap.

It's a grade IV, can be done in a day by a strong team, but some parties may bivouac. Getting more specific would require more information about equipment, experience, ethics, and attitude.
