knotzen Posted October 10, 2005 Posted October 10, 2005 ...sucks! Argh. I lost my groove some time after midnight last night. Quote
klenke Posted October 10, 2005 Posted October 10, 2005 I found your groove. It was lying face down in a downtown gutter intoxicated again. Describe your groove (including born-on date) and I will return it to you. Quote
knotzen Posted October 10, 2005 Author Posted October 10, 2005 Oh jeez, I hate when that darn thing gets drunk and falls in the gutter. You know what? You can keep that trashy, no-good groove of mine; I'm going to Target to get a fresh, shiny new one. Quote
underworld Posted October 10, 2005 Posted October 10, 2005 i lost my groove this morning when i saw that someone tried to start my motorcycle with a screwdriver one night parked on the street fuqin' suburbs! Quote
cj001f Posted October 10, 2005 Posted October 10, 2005 Have you thought about sleeping with a young stud half your age who's secretly gay and really just marrying you for US citizenship? It worked for Stella. Quote

knotzen Posted October 10, 2005 Author Posted October 10, 2005 Have you thought about sleeping with a young stud half your age who's secretly gay and really just marrying you for US citizenship? Well, the first part sounds good. Know any? Wait--can I say that without compromising my dignity? Quote
TREETOAD Posted October 10, 2005 Posted October 10, 2005 Not if you pick an old stud twice your age. Quote

TREETOAD Posted October 10, 2005 Posted October 10, 2005 Alas my thanksgiving longweekend is over now and you have yours to look forward to. Is halloween a statutory holiday in the states just like here? Quote
knotzen Posted October 10, 2005 Author Posted October 10, 2005 I don't know. If it's a federal holiday, which it is, I suppose so? But you guys don't have pilgrims and Mayflowers and turkeys and such. Is it more of a harvest celebration Up North? Quote
TREETOAD Posted October 10, 2005 Posted October 10, 2005 Yes we just have a big feast, usually a turkey, too much to drink big family affair, with grandparents etc, really quite fun. We just think about how fucking lucky we are.We don't really get halloween of though just kidding about that. The next long weekend for us is Rememberance day on Nov 11 when we just think about unlucky those guys were. Quote
