EWolfe
Rate Your Misery Mox was a Grade 5, BW5, BA1, WA4
EWolfe
I would respectfully suggest all future approachanists skip the BA1 portion, as it is illegal. "We did the brush clean, Man!"
ScottP
I knew I had seen this before... This system can apply to approaches and descents, but one thing missing is when there are sections of actual canyoneering on a descent (due to getting badly lost in my case.) underworld
I was thinking about this the other day on the approach to eldorado. The WA* mentioned above is how wet you get going thru a stream. whattabout a log crossing rating? slick mossy log w/ class 5 rapids below vs. big flat log w/ chicken wire. any deathlogs out there? (insert mexican food joke here)
cstemley
The ratings seem a little soft, BW5 could be the middle of the scale. Does the presence of Blueberrys change the rating? I'm thinking BA1 is OK in national forest. Really it's just something to do while standing in a thicket, cause it's impossable to kill all the Bastards,
