The music was spinning the whole time I was there, 8:30-10:30, but I don't know the exact hours. Great gym, and they have weights/pulleys and cardio equip too although i think you'd get stared at by the teenage bro-brah' shirtless crew. I'll probably find myself in there a bunch this winter.
