WELCOME TO THE CASCADECLIMBERS.COM FORUMS   02/03/18

We have upgraded to new forum software as of late last year, and it makes everything here so much better!  It is now much easier to do pretty much anything, including write Trip Reports, sell gear, schedule climbing related events, and more. There is a new reputation system that allows for positive contributors to be recognized,  it is possible to tag content with identifiers, drag and drop in images, and it is much easier to embed multimedia content from Youtube, Vimeo, and more.  In all, the site is much more user friendly, bug free, and feature rich!   Whether you're a new user or a grizzled cascadeclimbers.com veteran, we think you'll love the new forums. Enjoy!

I wouldn't want a bag that light in early May. Maybe if you were going in early June, but it is regularly much colder than that higher up in early May. Your call though.

The Millet Everest one sports should not need a special liner or they may already come with them..

Yeh, I was just pondering if the Intuition liners would actually fit...

I agree on the bag, I would go warmer...

Shin bash: I get get it and have found a great product to keep it at bay. Band Aid Blister Block (or something like that) in the band aid section of your local drug store. I shave the area on my shins that gives me trouble, apply Blister Block and i have had them stay in place for 21 days without the end peeling up (unlike duct tape).

Thank God this isn't a last minute plan,...lol

Sounds like great advice from all areas.

I do advise a good block of cheese though.
