Cuz I thought you had been to AK & Denali a bunch o' times? confused.gif

In any case, I know a guy who wore plastic boots with regular stock liners without overboots and they were fine, but June 2002 was a pretty warm climbing season I think. I wore Everest One Sports (old crappy ones) and while they climbed like shit on the steep stuff and I wouldn't wear them again, they were plenty warm enough. I put chemical heat packs under my toes on summit day though. thumbs_up.gif Both of my partners had intuition liners and one used insulated overboots. Niether complained of cold feet.

Dan,

I wouldn't go without overboots. Even if you don't wear them, they definately give you some space to fall back on.

If you're going to do anything other than the Butt, make sure that your intuition liners fit into your boots really well. Sometimes your feet can be sloppy in those things which makes real climbing difficult.
