fos1 Posted December 4, 2004 Share Posted December 4, 2004 This is a very clean, durable summit type pack, 2200-2300 ci, removable bivy pad "frame", weighs about 1.5 lbs, only a single outside strap (a wide lid buckle-down strap), holders for insulated water bottle parkas on hipbelt. I used it for a short time to test around the neighborhood, near new condition, carries even dense loads surprisingly well, I've just decided reluctantly to go to a bigger pack for multi-day outings. The CCW website (www.coldcoldworldpacks.com) has the best pictures. Saved a half pound (8 oz.)at least, not sure how much more, because I had water bottle holding flaps w/keeper straps added at the hip belt wings, and the flaps are made of the ballistics cloth.
