Stemalot
has anyone used DeWalt's cordless hammer drill for bolting? http://www.dewalt.com/us/products/tool_detail.asp?productID=8299
chirp
I have not used it BUT from experience, Home Depot quality does not translate to this realm. Just say no to DeWalt for anything but wood. You get what ya pay for: If you cant afford that then the next best is the: Hurricane Drill works unit Seriously, I am sure the DeWalt tool is good, but for holes per charge and overall quality, the above (choose your price range) will be the most efficient. If your looking or a drill, I'll sell you my old bulldog cheap.
DPS
I used DeWalts imapct wrench once. It fell apart fast. But I love their saws and drills.
crazyjizzy
It is a hammer drill, as opposed to a rotory hammer. It is really meant for drill short and small diameter holes in concrete, as well as stucco, gyp crete, etc. It will not drill a hole in granite. Dewalt quality is very good. Their cordless ddrill motor is the industry standard, and is typically almost the only one seen on job sites. This is not because of price, because all professional grade tools are similar in price.
