chirp Posted July 19, 2004 Author Posted July 19, 2004 castle rock is in the tumwater. You are correct sir, I was actually wondering if there were any "other" issues involving the fires that might reach beyond the Icicle and affect Tumwater canyon and CR. Quote
Szyjakowski Posted July 19, 2004 Posted July 19, 2004 the fire was nine miles up the icicle on the southside of the creek approx 6000' elevation. quite a bit of country to reburn first before it reaches castle... unprobable but possible....... no "other" issues to worry about. Quote
matt_warfield Posted July 19, 2004 Posted July 19, 2004 Tumwater Canyon is open (e.g. Castle Rock). Icicle is closed beyond Snow Creek TH. Enchantments are open to Aasgard. There was a nice shower yesterday that should help them put the fire on the run. Quote
