I'm assuming that your not skinning/snowshoeing due to the postholing comment. Snow is patchy until Soap Creek junction. AFter that it's a bit patchy for about 1/2 mile then all snow. iain Posted May 27, 2004 Share Posted May 27, 2004 This weekend is SUNHOG weekend! Take a lawnchair and a half-case of your favorite beverage up to the treeline below Villard Glacier on North Sister. A 20+ year tradition on Memorial Day started by some folks associated with Corvallis Mtn Rescue. Ski the bowls and lounge in the fog! The wx in bend/redmond is looking solid, but the snow level is dropping in the mountains (wet snow is falling right now at 6k)... and the mountains may recieve some showers. slushiez!
