Ratboy Posted April 27, 2004 Posted April 27, 2004 How about a poll for whether Scalia should have recused himself from this decision after going on a duck hunting trip with Cheney after the Supreme Court agreed to hear the case? Quote

Do you think a Supreme Court just is available that cheap? Nonsense your honor! We know you've already been bought... Quote
To_The_Top Posted April 28, 2004 Posted April 28, 2004 The GAO has been blocked by Cheney&co for years over this issue. Friends that work at the GAO (Government Accounting Office-a watchdog for reporting of info for the fed gov) have been left out in the cold on this major issue . Yes, under this scrutiny he should be required to release the info at this point-wonder what it says?..no time to squelch checks and balances. Quote
