snowpack in north cascades?

i havent been in WA this winter - how has the winter been so far? would you say the snowpack is at, below, or above average?

I would say the snowpack down low is very thin but up high it is above average. This implies that we had plenty of weather systems move in this winter that had high freezing levels.

Klenke has it pegged. Above 4500 or 5k things look pretty great. down low it's just sad. I guess the upside is roads seem to be melting out faster than average. Unfortunately a whole bunch of them done got fucked up by that rainstorm and shiz.

It seems the snowpack is just below normal in the northern half of Washington and above average in the souther half of Washington.

It looks like the numbers for stevens and snoshitty somewhat back up the low vs. high elevation theory too.
