jjd Posted March 21, 2004 Posted March 21, 2004 Goddamn I love spring. A nice New York Steak with a mesquite sauce, chili, and plenty plenty of Steinlager (the Kiwis sure know how to make beer too). Life is good. Quote
thelawgoddess Posted March 22, 2004 Posted March 22, 2004 i prefer a nice rare tender cut of some sort with a strong "beefy" red wine. yeah ... life IS good. Quote
Skip_M._Kliphiem Posted March 22, 2004 Posted March 22, 2004 A fine 4500ft run down the untracked Paradise glacier in the sunshine while the hordes ski the rough on the Muir, a big bowl of Pho at Than Brothers and now a Bert Grant's Spring Fest Ale while reading about all the other cool people who know how to live. Yeah, I like Stag's Leap Petite Sirah (which I can't seem to find now ) or Robert Mondavi Winery Pinot Noir for a nice, special dinner with red meat. It just seemed like kind of a waste and a little gay to crack a bottle of wine by myself. Maybe next weekend it'll be salmon with some Rombauer Chardonnay. Mmmm..... scott_harpell Posted March 22, 2004 Posted March 22, 2004 I have always been a fan of blackened fish with spicy mango salsa washed down with wolf blast yellow label and dessert. This is the greatest spring i have ever had... and it just started! Look outside!!!! Quote
