The additon of trails is is a biger problem in some areas, like Bishop bouldering areas. It is hard to bitch about impact at index, when half of the cliff is gone... Bronco Posted May 10, 2002 Posted May 10, 2002 I don't really care one way or the other, but, one reason the new trail MAY have been put there is because the old trail becomes a literal stream bed after it rains. I don't think it was lined with granite, I think there is enough in the ground that its all there is under the little bit of topsoil. That said, I still dont give a rats ass and may start using the NEW trail just beacuse it makes lambone all hot and bothered. Quote
