dberdinka Posted February 4, 2004 Posted February 4, 2004 DRU says on Robbie Reid NF.... the winter ascent will hopefully be investigated shortly when good weather strikes and all the other foos are out vying for the fwa of w face of sloan... Sounds like it's gonna be next week. NWAC says..... An upper ridge, surface high pressure and dry air mass should begin to arrive on Sunday. Models have been consistent in indicating that this large ridge will keep the Northwest dry next week. Who's rearranging their work schedule? Quote
Gary_Yngve Posted February 5, 2004 Posted February 5, 2004 It's certainly good timing to have the window start on Sunday. That way we [democrats] can all stay home and go to the caucus on Saturday. Quote
Dru Posted February 5, 2004 Posted February 5, 2004 the time to go out is near the end of the window not at the beginning before things settle-down Quote
skyclimb Posted February 5, 2004 Posted February 5, 2004 looks quality for sure! Wish I didn't have mid-week responsiblities. Hopefully the pressure will last till next friday. Quote
dberdinka Posted February 5, 2004 Author Posted February 5, 2004 Even better Dru. Things are going to be pretty damn settled from the get go. I think the avi reports said a mix of low and medium avi danger for tomorrow. (Hopefully Friday won't bring much precip). A mix of low and medium is very, very rarely written up on NWAC. Quote
jordop Posted February 5, 2004 Posted February 5, 2004 You just settle down dinka or we're gonna have to tranquilize you Quote
Dru Posted February 5, 2004 Posted February 5, 2004 Im hearing we are gonna get stormed on here tomorrow, and the avvy hazard is considerable. Quote
