marylou Posted January 22, 2004 Author Share Posted January 22, 2004 For anyone following this riveting story, here's the latest: Current orthotics too aggressive for ski boots. Got to go with Superfeets or something along those lines. Golf ball effect in street shoes due to the fact that I've somehow put excessive compression/compaction on the heel cup part of the orthotics, making the arch seem high in relation to the heel. Orthotist put a thin layer of somethingorother on the inside of the heel to build it back up to original thickness until I get a couple new sets here in the spring.
