mneagle Posted September 25, 2003 Posted September 25, 2003 Has anyone climbed this tower via the 5.9+ route described in Becky? I've climbed Clean Break and was wondering if it is comparable in quality/worth doing. Thanks. Quote

jordop Posted September 25, 2003 Posted September 25, 2003 If you are refering to Never enough, it starts near the unmistakable chimney south of Clean Break. Looks to have good rock and neat climbing, but it is far from an obvious line, there is some greenery, cracks are mossy, and routefinding looks to be a bit involved. Go for it, in other words Quote

Cpt.Caveman Posted September 26, 2003 Posted September 26, 2003 Acomment since you boys aint chiming in and or dont know- Bacchus NF appears to go at 5.10 choss\shattered too. Although the photos are simply amazing and the climbers tough. Quote
layton Posted September 26, 2003 Posted September 26, 2003 search under visiliky (sp?) ridge. or better yet, the name of the route listed in the beckey guide , "never enough". so far as I know, not many folks do it (for pretty good reason...better route next door). If you go up to do it, keep your options open for something else cuz it's not that inspiring although I'm sure the FA team had fun Quote
