You are right. His term was 8 years. Why not prosperity for the entire time? The economy was turning south on Clintons watch and was in good shape when he took over. No war? Somalia? The Balkans? Lob a few cruise misssles at the caves in Afghanistan once in a while to embolden Osama? Unemployment here has pretty much been the same for the last 15 years.
