JayB Posted May 21, 2003 Posted May 21, 2003 If you've got some kayaking stuff that you never use any more sitting around your place because you aren't into it anymore or you've upgraded. Sell it to me. I am looking for: -Paddle (around 205 cm +/- 5cm) -Dry top (long sleve, Lg) -Skirt. -Life Jacket. -Farmer-John style westsuit. Will gladly consider package deals. I've been looking around on the net and the bulletin boards for deals but haven't found much, and can't bear the thought of paying more for the dry-top than I did for the boat! Quote

I've been meaning to get back into the sport, but don't feel like dropping the money right now (my boat/paddle/skirt/jacket are in MA, and aren't necessarily worth shipping out.) Quote

Yeah - If anyone can hook me up with either of those two items for a reasonable price I'd be interested. As far as the boat is concerned, I bought Bug's Perception Overflow. Should work pretty well for the stuff that I'll be doing. Quote
JayB Posted August 29, 2003 Author Posted August 29, 2003 Still looking for PFD to complete the set-up. If it's designed for whitewater use and fits (5'10", 170+) someone in my size range, I'm interested. Sell....sell....sell..... Quote
Jim Posted August 29, 2003 Posted August 29, 2003 If you haven't yet you might try the paddling center on the west side of Lake Union, they have a board of used equipment. Might be worth a call. Quote
JayB Posted August 29, 2003 Author Posted August 29, 2003 Hey -Thanks for the suggestion Jim. I was going to head down there but just came across a great deal online. The set-up is complete, and I will commence running some serious class I-II sheeite shortly.... Quote
