Greg_W
Mountain Gear has them for like, $50. I'll probably just pick one up because it's so cheap. BUt I'd like to hear some reviews if anyone has used one.
JoshK
I had one before I busted the shoulder strap. I liked it. I also got mine dirt cheap and it served as a useful crag pack and day pack.

Sphinx
It's a nice pack but too heavy. Three pounds for 2000ci is not my idea of acceptably light. But I'm a freak.
Greg_W
Must say that I just got my Marmot Eiger and those Sri Lankan children do good, quality work. The craftsmanship is great!! You know, this child labor thing isn't all bad; it beats giving blowjobs to Japanese businessmen under a bridge, I am sure.
gregm
i've been researching the cheap eiger as well. i'm thinking the MEC weeping wall pack is a better choice, and even cheaper. it's made in vietnam, but i'm not sure what the armchair global reformist implications are.
