Dru Posted March 9, 2003 Posted March 9, 2003 Hope - buried under snow. Looked wet. Superheroes Cirque - thin WI6 & wet mixed for super heroes only Jackass - open wetness. But a neat skinny dagger/pillar next to it has formed! Kanaka Column - gushing at the top Crucible - heavily flowing Goldpan - Energizer looked in. Happy Boy did not. Spences Bridge - the main flow was open & wet, but a neat hanging dagger almost touching down on the right wall Unclimbed ice you can see in Kwoiek Creek looked gray... in?? Dru Posted March 10, 2003 Author Posted March 10, 2003 its desperate when you have to go to da Rockies to find BC ice guide. altho i remember when Jo Jo 3rd ed. was sold out in da Rockies and you could still buy it at MEC Vancouver..... same thing in reverse. Quote
Travis Posted March 10, 2003 Posted March 10, 2003 Stores like 'Coast Mountain Sports' don't move a lot of guide books, so it's entirely likely that one or other of their locations will have one kicking around. I saw one on the shelf there well after they disappeared from MEC. I'd be willing to bet you could find out for sure w/ one phone call; assuming you get a store clerk who can find their ass with both hands. Quote
