Velcro climbing shoe with ankle protection?

ANybody know if there's a shoe out there that has both ankle protection (like Sportiva's TC Pro) but also velcro closures instead of lace ups?  I realize there are slight chances where velcro might be an issue with crack climbing, but I really love taking my shoes off while belaying and I want some ankle protection when trad climbing.  I've looked around but can't find anything.  Thanks!

if you can't find what you need, maybe try wearing socks inside rock shoes? 

that would work better than wearing socks on the outside of rock shoes.

I've never seen a mid/high top in velcro. I just take off my lace up shoes if I need to, but longer routes seem all about the go-go-go and taking shoes off unless absolutely necessary is time squandered. If you've got time to spare to take shoes off between pitches then another minute to deal with laces is NBD.
