I donno where to gettem. Though if I wasreally in need of some gore savers I would get a pair of super cheap rubber (surplus store variety) pants and cuttem off.

As a kid I had a pair almost identical to that - they were imported from somewhere snowy in Scandanavia and called "bobshorts" . They weren't a favorite toy.

Almost as good as the Marmot synthetic fill belay shorts they were selling last year . Never even saw them for sale, only on their web page.

I just saw some of those Marmot shorts at Second Bounce the other day. I'm still puzzled by them.

I bet youi slide better on a black garnbage bag, and the bag makes a better bivi sack or pack liner too.

why does someone sit during a glissade anyway?

if you guys want some Marmot "Eskimo" shorts, they are designed for espresso runs in Summit County or boarding with your "buds" in the "backcountry" of the piste. These here Yates shorts, we're seeing some quality climbing gear, here.... comes with a built in fart arrestor that works like a Yates screamer...
