  1. The maps you are referring to are produced locally by a guy named Stan Friedman. Really good high quality stuff...
  2. Another vote for Arc'Teryx! I don't have the nozone, but I do own 2 others (Khamsin 50 & Bora 95). Excellent craftmanship, very comfy, maybe a little heavier than purists would approve of, but overall a great buy. Speaking of which, to save a few bucks head northe to B.C. to buy one. 2 Years ago with the exchange rate, I got the 2 packs for $395.00 U.S.!
  3. I've used Dave Page for My Moutaineering Boots (Leather and Plastic) and Ramuta for my Rock Shoes. You can't go wrong with either. (IMNSHO)
  4. Charlie, If you are going to attempt to fart the column over, give us a call, or at least video tape it. Must be some mighty strong something in e'burg! quote: Originally posted by Charlie: I dont know if this is a product of last weeks earthquake or just part of climbing at vantage- there is a very large free standing pillar at the M&M wall, just to the right of cold cut combo. It has always looked kind of sketchy but now, if you so much as fart on it, it is going to fall over. I was belaying my partner on it yesterday when he leaned on it - the whole thing moved! This thing is like 20' tall. We promptly bailed. The gap is much larger now than in the pic in the guidebook. Did it shift from the quake? We are considering rapping down from above and tipping it over before someone gets killed. What is the best call in this situation?
