Hey! I'll be heading up the DC direct route this Wednesday and need a partner. We'll stay in the Paradise parking lot Tuesday night and start our journey early Wednesday morning. I'm looking for one-to-two climbing partners for this upcoming weekend for a three-summit (maybe four) Eldorado, Eldorado Needle, Klawatti, and if feeling good, Austera Peak trip Friday - Monday: Bivy at TH Friday, early morning and summit Eldorado Saturday, then hump over to Dorado Needle (perhaps summit Saturday depending) or Sunday morning, wake up early Sunday, head over to Klawatti and summit, then perhaps over to Austera, and come all the way out. Please respond only if you are confident in your mountaineering and alpine rock climbing skills. I.e. glacier travel, crevase rescue, route finding, avalanche training/understanding/rescue, rope systems, risk assessment, climbing up to 5.6 mixed snow, ice, and rock, etc. etc. eric5mann@gmail.com
