The weather was absolutely perfect. Blue bird almost the entire day above T-line and almost no wind as well. I am going to try and get some of that video put together as soon as I can. I've been thinking about the epic ski decent ever since, SO SWEET!

I'm trying to plan an expedition to Alaska to do the West Buttress and West Rib routes for this spring. I am looking for someone who is already in good climbing shape as spring is fast approaching and has a solid base of alpine mountaineering. My exact dates for climbing are fairly flexible. I consider myself a strong, fast alpine climber, and have done lots of climbing around the NW and some higher alpine climbing in South America. In preperation for Denali I would like to do several climbs (Rainier, Hood etc) with those interested to see if the partnership would work out. I am already going to be heading this way to get back to ND for the holidays. I am planing on leaving the 20th from Portland. Unfortunately I have may have already booked my car with people for the ride from Portland to Missoula. But let me know if you are interested maybe we can work something out.
