i was up at mt.washington and found one at the base of the climb in a few inches of snow near the start of pinnacle, guess someone dropped it... Looked like it was in excellent condition had some ice in the tube still.... i tested it out a little on the ground placing it and pulling on it, seems like a good idea but it was fracturing the ice a little because of how the sling pulled out and down when placed downward like a bd screw. I guess these are to be placed straight in instead of a slight angle? Gave the screw to the people at the notch to return if the owner ever stopped by again. Shoulda kept it since im in need of building my rack back up but figured karma would bite me in the a$$ later on down the road.

Getting back into the sport and don't have any of my old equipment anymore, so Ive been slowly getting gear so I will be ready for the pickup of the season soon. If anyone has BD vipers or cobras, or some BD express or turbo screws new or old style give me a shout. I would think its safe to say sell it for $400.00 Even if its pretty much brand new, people would rather spend $18.00 more and get ti with free shipping brand new themselves. You gotta give someone a good deal if you want to sell your personnel gear, even if it may be brand new. Just a question, why did you spend 2.5 hours seam sealing a new tent, it shoulda came sealed? I got a trango 2 and had it for 3 years and it still doesn't need to be sealed, and Ive used it quite a bit on Denali, Rainier, Tetons and in the Whites and Dacks.

yup contacted him and bought 2 of them a 13 and 17, he sold the rest locally... Trying to get them before the season picks up since Mt.Washington already has ice.

i did post, but NEice doesnt seem to have as many active users and screws come up once in awhile. I managed to pick up 2 screws from a guy in CT yesterday, but still need more. Thought I would extend my needs to the west coast.

Long story short, I need ice screws. Preference is BD express 13/16/19 (just what im used to) But will take revolutions in 17 or 19. Email me what you got and prices and I will get back to you asap.
