Monday the 6 2008 Snow creek wall 8 am. 5 pitches We got rained on, it was cold, it was slick, and it was great. This late in the year there isn't a lot of traffic on this wall; we shared it with one other team. It got a little tight a few times but everyone was super cool. This climb isn't for the faint of heart, as we were hiking in. Search and rescue was mid process helping a pair of climbers off the route, after spending the night up there. That must have been cold. I guess everyone was fine. I'm sure there pride was damaged a bit. You live you learn, and like these two sometimes you just get lucky. Search and rescue said the climber couldn't finish the climb, got off route, and then ran out of day light. And with no head lamps were screwed. Pm me if you want to go climbing this week I’m open. Maybe Vantage.

Will drive. Wanted climbing partner. Would perfer north bend, but will go anywhere in the state, almost. Climbed in Leavenworth with "zonk" on wed, had a great time. We missed the rain woohoo. Weather is going to be clear across the state and about 65 deg. Call 253 334 3372

I've climb Adams three times, by myself. Its really easy. I did it in one day, all three times but it was really tight on time. The hardest part for me was not falling asleep driving home. this mountain is great fun for learning to climb on snow. Presure breathing is a must, rest steps help alot, and drink lots of fluid (Very important for the altitude). The rought is staight forward, jusy climb up the least steep part. I know it sounds funny but it works on this mountain. i found a book in the king co liabary system that was good. It had route info, and driving directions, and info on other mountains. name of book? location: renton liabary
