  1. are you guys gonna rub tits now?
  2. I did it in September, during a really warm summer, and water was scarce. I would imagine October would be even drier? I'd bring 3 bottles. Regarding bears, just assume they're everywhere, cause they prob will be. I think I saw a dozen unique bears, each one at least a dozen times. The berries were ripe. They were almost as common as goats. The goats, btw, are SOBs. Other than water, I think the only other challenge would be coming down the elwha snow finger. it was pretty rotten already when I did it in Sept. so I imagine if any of it is left, it's pretty unstable. You do NOT want to fall through that thing into the river below.

    Too Much Good Stuff

I think this is the third variation of the "mechanically separated chicken" story that I've heard. Back in the 90's, it was supposed to be grey, and was described as containing "immature sex glands." At least they made it pink this time, it's a nice touch.

  12. A contribution to FreePress or OpenSecrets.org would likely be more appreciated and speak more directly issues likely to further the struggle for real progressive change. Look I can do it too! How much it will be "appreciated" is not a big concern of mine. What will either organization do with my money, and what have they done in the past?

  20. its actually becoming pretty widespread. They have a lot of prescious metals in them, and take about 60 seconds to remove with a sawzall. California is evening trying to pass a law making it harder to sell them as scrap, to prevent thefts.
  21. This is the sort of thing Bug might be into. Too bad he doesn't post on here anymore. You might try PMing him. Good luck.
  22. I'm sure nitrox supports kicking out all soldiers who have adulterous or immoral sexual relationships, especially combat troops utilizing the services of prostitutes during wartime.
  23. That rubber elastic band on the Light & Motion broke on me after about 1 or two weeks. Its solid unless you take it on and off a lot, then the rubber will tear and then the light is useless. You have to REALLY cinch it on tight to keep it from moving when you hit bumps, and that stresses the holes in the rubber. Poor design, good light other than that.
  24. what a cutie. So glad it worked out, he looks thrilled about it, too
