  1. Do you have a child's body harness I can borrow or maybe buy? My nephews, 3(size 4) and 7 want to be "Wock Cwimmas". Email me.

    Thanks,

  2. I went there about four years ago. We were climin and I saw a giant cougar coming up the gully after us, walking on the log we walked up, so we left. Then I went back about a month after that and climbed, then I found out where the coug sleeps. I won't ever go back there again.

  3. I drove up there this afternoon. It goes pretty far, but there is still probably about 5 miles of snow.

China area is referring to China Falls. It is where the road is really steep, about a 1/2 in, and goes for about a mile. That avalanche, is a land slide, and it is passable just fine now. I would give the road a couple more weeks at least. The part I would be concerned about is the crossing over paris? or french? creek. It gets pretty high.

  4. What time were you up there? I was up on Edward's platuea on Saturday and took a picture of the mole with Cashmere in the background. It looked pretty good.

I skiied down Hook Creek and there was quite a bit of snow, but it sure was coming off quickly!!

I probably waited a 1/2 too late to ski it. but, it sure was fun! I was thinking the same thing. There is no way I am gonna haul my skis up this far again this season!!!

  5. No, there really isn't enough snow. I hiked 8 miles up Ingall's creek and then headed north up crystal creek last friday to ski. Didn't really get snow until around 6500-7,000 feet on the sunny slopes. It would be a nice hike though.

There is snow up on the enchantment platuea, but I thought there would be more. I thought there would be more for longer too.
