Just discovered a really tasty but light IPA, Metolius Brookie. Picked up a six-pack in Ellensburg on my way to Vantage a couple of weeks ago. Many IPAs are too "hoppy" for me, but this one has just enough to give it an engaging flavor, without being overbearing. How's that for a proper beer analysis?

One of the few teas I like. Great in the fall and winter. Most teas are so weak and watery (and if you leave them in longer to get more flavor, it becomes bitter) I'd rather drink coffee or water.
