  1. Rap bolting is way better IMO. It may not be as bold (who cares), but….if done right, the route will be done more responsible. It never even occurred to me to bolt on lead ground up. Seems so old school.
  2. He would not be infront of a jury if it was not for the prosecuting attorney.

  7. And discussion on the underuse of bolts as well. We would generally discuss our mistakes with each other.
  8. Surely you mean the jury, eh Einstein? How about the prosecuting attorney? That fucker should be at the head of the pack.
  9. Yes I want to go, but can not! Have fun in the sun.
  10. the one with a gun will take your gold and you will hope there is a rule how could he take my gold if I have so much gold I make is illegal to own guns? because it doesn't take gold to make a gun. anyway one could just as easily take your gold without a gun. With enough gold you would never see me....I would be in my 35,000 square foot house sitting on 500 acres behind my army.

  13. no amount of money can make up for 22 years in the slammer, but yeah, it would be cool if he could get enough cash to live a comfortable life to ripe old age I agree.....but if he could get a few million for some sort of wrongful imprisonment suit. But I do recall my wife telling me some time ago about a law that protects the state from law suits from this sort of thing…..I think the guy is screwed. Forget the lawsuits, the state should just pay something fair in these cases. Totally pathetic. Define fair? I mean really I would say five million is fair…..others might say wages lost is fair….. average salary in the state for 22 years plus 3x for damages, as I stated above. That seems fair for physical damages, but what about mental damages? How does one measure the affects of 22 years of wrongful imprisonment? there is no amount that can replace 22 years of ones life. YOu don't get that back. I agree but a cool 5 to 10 million so he would never have work again and sit on a beach in the bahamas and live out his life would say something.
  14. What's wrong with that? sickie
