I'm never taking you seriously again, Olyclimber. That was the last straw.

As you might expect, this is not a new question:
"Some mountaineers are proud of having done all their climbs without bivouac. How much they have missed! And the same applies to those who enjoy only rock climbing, or only the ice climbs, only the ridges or the faces. We should refuse none of the thousand and one joys that the mountains offer us at every turn. We should brush nothing aside, set no restrictions. We should experience hunger and thirst, be able to go fast, but also know how to go slowly and to contemplate."
--Gaston Rebuffat
Starlight and Storm
That's a great quote.

We reply...
Now we get a rude and a reckless
We been seen lookin’ cool an’ a speckless
We been drinking brew for breakfast
So Rudie can’t fail

So keep your ears glued listen to every chord
Tokyo city's one place that we toured
Four technic plus two mixer board
Sharper than a Wilkinson razor sword

I think many people here are confusing their credit SCORE with their credit REPORT. You can get a free copy of your credit REPORT every year now, by federal law (on the west coast only as of now). Your credit SCORE is what lenders use to decide if and how much they will lend you. And the more credit card accounts you open, CAN have a negative effect on your credit SCORE.
so how do you figure your SCORE once you have the REPORT in hand?
You average the three numbers together.
Now that's just being mean...
Yes.
Pourquoi?

Etty in the room a cry
Mama say she must wipe her eye
Papa say she no fi foolish
Like she never been to school at all

I heard that if I ask for a copy of my credit report, the black helicopters will come down and stormtroopers will take my TV set... is that true?
Yes.
Why?

Did Hugo Chavez make the mistake of asking for a copy of his credit report?

I feel sheepish.
Don't let specialed know that you're feeling sheepish.

If you're not guilty, you have nothing to fear.
If your credit is good, you won't need to ask.
I see... it's like if you're not a terrorist, you won't run from the cops.
I know a lot of people who've had various identity-theft hassles - getting a copy of your credit report seems reasonable these days.

I heard that if you request your credit score, it goes down...
any truth to that?
Yes.
Why?

I was wondering when the communist infiltrators and the Muslim extremists were going to get together. They're such a natural fit, after all.

I'm betting it's all a troll.
The webshot album is from "whoever007" There was another great troll from an avatar named 007 a while back.
Yes, but that one was funny, and this one is just tedious.

Let's go to Luchenbach, Texas!

London Calling, on the other hand, is the Clash's 2nd best album.
interesting... what's the first?
Their first is first...um, best.

I too would like to know how much day/month passes are going to be. That's actually all I care about. I don't have any interest in the behind-the-scenes intrigue, water-damaged drywall, or the high cost of insurance. I just want to know if it's going to be a better value than the overpriced PRG.
thecircuit, you don't have to post your prices here but you might want to think about putting them on your website.

I bet you mean London Fields? That's my favorite book by Amis the younger, but it's a close call between that one and The Information.

Some random great books:
Pale Fire, by Vladimir Nabokov
Pnin, by Nabokov
Lucky Jim, by Kingsley Amis
This Gun for Hire, by Graham Greene
...and? I just started Infinite Jest, by David Foster Wallace. It might make it onto a list like this, but I'll have to let you know in a month or two, or however long it takes me to read all 1,000+ pages.

The road is a little rough. I don't think you necessarily need a 4WD vehicle, but I wouldn't take a small compact car up there.
If you don't mind hiking a few extra miles along the creek, you can park at a TH 1 mile or less off Highway 75.
