I used to talk smack about "allergies" back when everyone was suddenly "allergic" to dairy. It seemed like such a fad. Just to prove that God has a sense of humor, I now have allergies. There are many people (I am one of them) who are more than willing to downsize. Folks who have kids moving out also want to downsize. The market does not rely on first time buyers solely.
